INFO-B 473 Application Programming for Biomedical Data Analysis

    • This course covers Perl, R, and SQL programming for analyzing biomedical datasets. It includes Unix system administration, MySQL database management, and the R statistical package. Students learn which computational approach to take in developing translational applications to solve biomedical problems.
